Brandon
After cutting a work-day short due to slight fatigue, Brandon went home to bed, where he ended up staying for three full weeks, unable to move or even lift a coffee cup. Despite the extreme difficulty in breathing, he was determined to conserve all of his energy to fight COVID-19 from the comfort of his own home. Brandon won his battle, but then his father tested positive and ended up in the hospital. After Brandon’s father’s discharge, he wasn’t the same. His father demonstrated bizarre behavior, and he was relocated to a rehab facility. Not long after, he passed. Brandon still doesn’t know exactly what happened to his father in his battle with COVID-19, but the doctors say “he didn’t respond well to the treatment.”
